My Journey across the Land of the Rising Sun
Everyone in the world has a favorite thing to do, varying significantly from one person to another. When it comes to myself, I enjoy traveling since it provides me with a sense of pure exhilaration and thrill. The natural wonders of a country attract me a lot. When I think of the natural wonders of any country, I always think of Japan.
Japan is one of the most beautiful countries on the planet, and I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to visit it. It is an island in East Asia located in the northwest Pacific Ocean. The distance between Bangladesh and Japan is 4754 km, and it takes only 8.30 hours to reach Tokyo by air from Bangladesh. In Japan, I began my journey to explore Hokkaido. When I arrived in Furano, I was awestruck by its beauty. A magnificent lavender bloom encircled the place, and it appeared to be an oasis. I felt as if I had seen a work of art created by a painter who had used all of his imagination. Another place that astonished me was Lake Toya. My heart was calmed by the crystal clear water and the beautiful scenery of Lake Toya. A cool breeze blew across Lake Toya, making my heart skip a beat.
After that, I headed to Tokyo. There was little to see in the way of wildlife, but Tokyo had its allure. Tokyo at night is particularly lovely because the sky-brushing skyscrapers transform into a vessel for thousands of sparkling stars. Tokyo's nightlife was so vibrant that I occasionally forgot it was nighttime. I ate Kobe beef there. It was so soft and tender that when you put it in your mouth, it seemed to melt there. In addition, the fish in Japan was among the freshest I have ever encountered. Grilled fish was filled with natural sweetness and had a great smoky flavor. The ramen's thick broth was so tasty that it only improved as I chewed the noodles. Some of the foods I tasted in Japan surprised me because they looked so simple that I did not think much of them, but they were delicious. In addition, other foods are unique. People can try sushi, sashimi, unagi, tempura, soba, udon, onigiri, yakitori, miso soup, and sukiyaki.
Then, I started my journey toward Kyoto and visited Mount Fuji. A journey to Japan is not complete without a visit to Mount Fuji. It was terrifying to witness Mount Fuji, yet it was also a magnificent sight. It was the absolute best. It was the tallest mountain I had ever seen. When I arrived in Kyoto, I went to Inari Temple, where there was a festival. There were many stalls, all of which were brightly decorated. There was a firework that lit up the whole sky at night. It was so beautiful that thousands of fireflies appeared in the sky. I spent a few more days in Kyoto, and it was finally time to say goodbye to Japan.
Japan has always captivated me as a country, and being able to visit it only increased my love for the country. Everything about Japan was special to me, from the people to the food, from artificial structures to natural landscapes. This country will always have a special place in my heart. I will take it instantly if I ever get another chance to visit.
